ProjectIQ terms of use

ProjectIQ is published by Power Builders Italia and is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (see LICENSE and NOTICE in the repository). By installing ProjectIQ, from Microsoft AppSource or from this repository, you accept these terms.

  1. Licence. You may use, copy, modify and distribute ProjectIQ under the terms of the Apache License 2.0. The source code is available at https://github.com/Power-Builders-Italia/ProjectIQ.
  2. No warranty. ProjectIQ is provided on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, as stated in section 7 of the Apache License 2.0.
  3. Limitation of liability. In no event shall the publisher be liable for damages arising from the use of ProjectIQ, as stated in section 8 of the Apache License 2.0.
  4. Microsoft licences. ProjectIQ runs on Microsoft Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Pages. The Microsoft licences and capacity they require are not included and are governed by your agreements with Microsoft.
  5. Data. ProjectIQ runs in your Dataverse environment and does not send data to the publisher; see the privacy statement.
  6. Support. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through https://github.com/Power-Builders-Italia/ProjectIQ/issues, unless a separate agreement with the publisher says otherwise.
  7. Trademarks. Microsoft, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.
